This Giveaway Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between:

Contestants  

(Hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Contestants")

1. Giveaway Description

The Sponsor is hosting a giveaway on their YouTube channel [Darksideperformance] (hereinafter referred to as the "Channel") to promote engagement and appreciation for their followers. The prize for this giveaway is a 5.3 LS motor (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize").

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter this giveaway, contestants must:

- Be a subscriber to the Sponsor's YouTube channel.

- Follow any additional requirements as specified in the giveaway video (e.g., liking the video, commenting, sharing, etc.).

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway will commence on [Start Date] and will end on [End Date]. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

4. Entry Methods

A. Paid Entry  

The primary method of entry is through the purchase of merchandise on the Sponsor's website. For every $10 spent, contestants will receive one (1) physical entry in the form of a raffle ticket. 

B. Free Entry  

Contestants can also enter the giveaway for free by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to [Your Mailing Address] with the following information:

- Name

- Email Address

- Phone Number

Each free entry will be accepted as one (1) raffle ticket.

5. Winner Selection

The Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period, including both paid and free entries. The Winner will be announced in a follow-up video on the Channel and will also be notified via the contact method provided during entry.

6. Prize Details

The Prize consists of one (1) 5.3 LS motor, which will be provided to the Winner at no cost. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.

7. Prize Delivery

The Sponsor agrees to deliver the Prize to the Winner's address after the Winner has been announced and has provided their shipping information. All shipping fees handled by Darksideperformance

8. Release of Liability

By participating in this giveaway, contestants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, their affiliates, and any related parties from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acceptance or use of the Prize or participation in the giveaway.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this giveaway, contestants agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
